Back after so long!

I woke up this morning and had an extraordinary revelation... I HAVEN'T POSTED IN OVER A YEAR!!! I felt awful so I've decided to get back into the habit of doing a post as often as possible! A lot has happened in my life lately, I've had a haircut, I have two pet chickens, I discovered a really good fancy dress website called smiffys.com and I've become obsessed with Germany. What a year! I'm nearly in my next year of school so I'm excited about seeing all my cronies at the end of the holiday and I'm also looking forward to making lots of new friends! YAY!!! I've also found out that I really like this 70s German band called Kraftwerk! They're awesome!

Hiya people! Soz I haven't posted for so long, I've got an extremely random life full of Gang Shows and getting stuff off Amazon. You might be thinking; "Why didn't you mention school? We all know you have an extremely busy schoollife!" The answer, my friends, is that I am on school holidays! Eggsta holidays! Eggsta is my new name for Easter! I broke up for holidays last Wednesday! Lucky ducky me! Our last day was cool, we got to go to a castle on the Welsh border called Goodrich Castle. The giftshop was pants, though. Me and my cronies got to have a right laugh though, so not all was wasted! We also visited Kempley Church, where me and my boy counterpart J.E.B. were dancing round the graveyard and posing on the picnic bench! A good time was had by all! HAPPY EGGSTA EVERYONE!!!

Let's Dance!

Not only is the title fitting to what I am about to say, it is also the name of a David Bowie song! Yay! I have decided that I MUST learn how to dance properly! I went to see a Zoe &Co Dance show yesterday and it was amazing! 2 of my best friends are dancers (extremely good ones at that) and watching them made me feel as if dancing is something I need to do. Dancing is something I need to do if I want to be a Popstar anyway. One of my friends is giving me the details of her dancing group so if my mum lets me, I will go!!! Also... SPANDAU BALLET ARE GOING ON TOUR!!! I need to find out if they will be anywhere near Coventry and I MUST go to their concert!!!

Karaoke 2mo! I'm so excited!

Hello, hello, hello, and to the show, wel-l-l-l-l-l-come! My 2Nd cousin is taking me to a relatives house tomorrow! I can't wait! I want to sing Ashes to Ashes by David Bowie (awesome adorable singer, in case you were wondering.) and Common People by Pulp (the lead singer is called Jarvis Cocker, he is extremely cute) and something by Spandau Ballet and Visage and Adam Ant and OMD and all the other people I like. I love karaoke, esp. when the equipment actually has the song I want! I went to the Christening of a friend a few years ago and there was only a limited choice of songs. Me and my friend had to choose a song out of a BOOK! BOOOOOK! I still enjoyed it though, because I didn't realise at the time that some karaoke stuff actually has a great big computer database so they have like every single song ever!

Happy New Year... if I must...

Well, it is now officially 2009... As if I could ever give a damn. I mean, wow big whoop, we're in yet another year. Boy George is still in prison. School is still boring. Children in 3rd world countries are still dying. America STILL exists! Stuff is still as per usual. Well... I can think of a few positive things; the new Puppet Master movie, Puppet Master: Axis of Evil, is coming out, my birthday is on 21st of February so I don't have to wait too long and I went to Ikea today! I love Ikea! I love Swedish things in general! I'd love to go to Sweden, I wonder if all the homes look like the Ikea showrooms? I can just imagine that; a living room with an enormous plasma tele and lots of fancy sofas, a family sitting snuggly on a great big sofa, listening to ABBA and eating krispbread sandwhiches filled with smoked roe paste! I have no idea what I'm talking about... Happy New Year... to all those who care...

Only 3 days to go!!!!!

Christmas is on its way, so as you can imagine, I've been putting up lots of lavely declarations (*word play*)! I even put up the whole tree by myself! People always say I'm lazy but I put up a WHOLE Christmas tree including baubles and tinsel! I saw my cousins Hayley & Lauren yesterday! They're coming to stay for a whole week on Sunday! I can't wait! Speaking of randomness... some days I have this feeling where I'm absolutely obsessed with a certain person, other days I'm obsessed with another. Yesterday & today, I've been having a very Steve Strange-ish sort of day. Most of the things I've said or thought about have been elements of various different Visage songs! It's really bizarre... or should I say... STRANGE...

Deck the halls...

Christmas is coming! I can't wait!!! But I'm still sad about Boy George being in prison (read about it on my other blog) but I'll keep my spirits up in order to have a Retroradicool Chrimbo!!! I'm getting a Trench Coat for Christmas! A black Trench Coat! Now all I need is a black Fedora and I'll look like a female, human version of Blade from Puppet master!!! YAY!!! I hope you all have great Christmases unless of course you don't celebrate Christmas... if that is the case, I hope you have a great December the 25Th!!! I played hockey against Bablake school on Friday so now I'm all achy!!! NNNNNN! Well, never mind! At least I got to ride in a luxury Harry Shaw Coach (cue cheesy overthetop stereotypical alleluia music) which was AWESOME!!!
